Most supply chain losses are decided at origin — not at destination.
FSP is the only independent structure that intervenes before the truck moves.
Rejections, repacking and shelf-life failures are traceable to one moment: when the shipment was loaded. By the time it arrives, the decision has already been made — or hasn't been made at all.
Not an audit. Not a platform. An operational presence at origin that applies your own criteria, at the only moment correction is still possible.
Validation criteria are defined with you before the first shipment — then applied consistently at origin throughout the engagement. FSP doesn't improvise. It applies your standards.
Traders, auditors and importers each play a role. But none are designed to validate each shipment before it leaves. That's a structural gap — not a gap in quality.

Fresh Supply Partners is a boutique performance partner specialised in European fresh produce supply chains. We operate at origin — specifically in Almería, Spain — where a significant part of supply chain variability is generated and where most losses are still preventable.
FSP is not a trader, importer or audit company. We act operationally at the only moment where intervention is still effective: before the shipment leaves origin. Our role is to ensure that each shipment is validated under the right conditions — and that the buyer always has full visibility before a decision becomes irreversible.
FSP was founded by Roberto Gonzalo, a retail professional with more than two decades of international experience in retail operations and business development. Born and educated in Germany, now based permanently in Almería — Roberto brings a deep understanding of German retail expectations and a practical, origin-based view of fresh produce supply chain realities.
This dual perspective is what FOPA was built on: the gap between what Northern European retailers need and what actually happens at origin, in the 45 minutes before the truck moves.
Working language: English · German · Spanish
Sector focus: Tomatoes · Peppers · Cucumbers · Almería origin
Retail context: Northern European grocery chains
A short conversation is enough to determine whether FSP's model is relevant to your operation. No deck, no presentation — just a direct conversation about your origin exposure.
